Our Qualifications
Both members of our team are proud NYU DPT alumni and current licensed and practicing physical therapists in NYC. Since we were accepted into PT school, and started Dysfunctional Anatomy, we have helped 50+ pre PT students just like you navigate the PT school application process! Plus, we went through exactly what you’re going through, just 4 short years ago. Since then, we have volunteer with our schools interview process each year, as student and alumni panel members. Because of this, we believe this gives us a unique perspective on the application process.
Also part of our team is our grammar and spelling expert, Alison. Since she has a bachelors degree in English, with an emphasis on creative writing and publishing, Alison will review your essay for typos and grammatical errors.

What Can I Expect From Your Review of My Essay?
First, our team of SPTs will review your essay and make suggestions for flow and content. Second, after both of our SPTs have reviewed your essay, our grammar and spelling expert, will review your essay for typos and grammar errors.
Finally, all of our members will meet together to discuss a holistic and coordinated list of suggestions for your essay to make sure you are prepared for your application!
Revision Policy
Additionally, after we send your essay back to you, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any edits you may be confused about.
After you receive your review, you will also be able to resubmit your subsequent drafts for revisions of the same essay. This service comes with UNLIMITED REVISIONS!

How Long Will Review Of My Essay Take?
This process length is very dependent on you and your needs.
First drafts are typically reviewed within 1 week from upload, and subsequent drafts will extend the total length of the process. However, the whole process can take anywhere up to 2-3 weeks from when we receive your essay to completion.
